Here’s what you need to know

A CSA is a weekly organic vegetable subscription box that is full of seasonal produce grown, harvested, packed and delivered to town from our farm in Skagit Valley. Joining a CSA gives you a direct line to the people who grow your food and makes you an integral part of your local food system.
We will choose the veggies you get every week, so get stoked for the unboxing! This season we’re making sure each week will include salad greens, and later in the season we’re excited to share our expanded varieties of tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and sweet peppers.
Throughout the season you can expect a rotating and always delicious selection of cucumbers, carrots, garlic, eggplants, zucchini, beets, kale, arugula, cabbage, winter squash, onions, herbs and much more.

Pick ups will be in the Roosevelt neighborhood of Bellingham, WA at 1815 Texas Street, every week between June and October, Monday nights between 5 and 8 pm.
If you live in Burlington, Mount Vernon, or between there and Bellingham, and are interested in joining our CSA, please reach out! We’d be happy to work with you on pickup locations so you can receive a Bright Thread CSA.

The total cost of our CSA subscription is $660. Each box will be packed with produce valued at $30 each week. Deliveries will begin the first week of June and end the last week of October for a total of 22 weeks.
A one-time payment can be made at the beginning of the season, or payments can be split into five parts to be paid at the beginning of each month the CSA runs.

Due to the ongoing and time-consuming nature of planning and implementing a weekly farm subscription, we do not offer refunds for missed boxes. If you know you are going to miss a box for any reason, you can either let us know (we appreciate 24 hours notice) and we will not pack you a box that week, or you can use it as an opportunity to gift a box of veggies to a friend or neighbor.
If you miss the pick up window, we will try to be flexible up to a point, but we will not be able to guarantee the quality of the vegetables outside the pick up window. We reserve the right to decide whether we will extend the pick up window for a missed CSA on a case-by-case basis, based on our own schedule. Veggies that are not picked up will be composted.
It is important to refrigerate your produce (where appropriate) as soon as possible after pickup to ensure continued freshness and quality, especially during the hot summer months.
